The Chi-Chi’s tortillas are currently $1.50 at the Commissary, so you’ll be able to grab them for .95 each. That’s pretty good for tortillas. It is a zip code specific coupon, and I was able to see it under zip code 30003. To change the zip code click on the “local coupons” tab, then enter your zip on the left hand side, and finally switch back over to the “coupons” tab.
