So far you can only add the coupons on their site to the card. They said that in the future they hope to add additional sites, but not yet. So so far the coupons definitely aren't too impressive.

I am wondering if there are other sites that you can load coupons on to the card from. I tried on coupons.com but it doesn't have the commissary card listed as an option to load their digital coupons. The coupons on Commissaries.com are completely worthless (to me) Today I checked and there were only 10 coupons available and they were for Cat food, salsa, laxitives, nicorette gum, sandwich bags and centrum vitamins. Nothing really the AVERAGE grocer would buy. I was really excited to have the card but now really disappointed. Any advice?

I worked for Kroger (a grocery retail chain) for three years. The electronic vs paper coupons is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I don't see the commissary doing like most retail stores where you must use your card for the sale price. This gives you more flexibility when deciding whether or not to use your card. Normally you can print what coupons are available on your card and you can keep a list. I am sure the cashiers will be trained to this program and they will know that you can only use one format of coupon or the other. What I usually do is present all my relevant coupons anyway. The computer will sort out the duplicates. This way if the computer happened to not match up an electronic to an item you will still be using the paper. You will also have your paper coupon for your next transaction.
