DeCA Clarification on Shopping Trip vs Transaction

One major sticking point lately with Commissaries, cashiers, and couponers is over the definition of purchase, transaction, shopping trip, etc. The new wording on coupons has made some serious confusion and have everyone doing different things. I’m regularly on DeCA’s Facebook page keeping an eye out for any info, deals, or controversy that may be important to know. I have to say I am absolutely amazed at the fact 99% of the comments on DeCA’s Facebook page is from couponers who had issues at their store. Rite Aid Deals 10/16 – 10/22

This is a nice week if you need to cash out a few Up rewards via SCRs or to roll Ups while getting some free products. There are several items you will get free this week, but you will have to pay OOP first if you don’t have Ups to roll. Also, if you still have any Covergirl Qs left this is a good week to use them.
